Classes are small (maximum 8) to ensure personal attention. Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and General Hatha classes are offered by qualified, certified
and experienced yoga teachers. Private tuition is also available on request.
Since her first Iyengar class in 1999, Saskia’s passion for yoga has developed into both a regular practice and ‘way of life’. Inspired by yoga’s ability to calm,
centre, energise and awaken at all levels, Saskia eagerly studied and attended workshops with a range of respected and well-known teachers in a wide array of
styles including Iyengar, Hatha, Ashtanga.
In 2009, Saskia completed her internationally recognised Yoga Alliance qualification through Karma Shala. She has taught Hatha,
Ashtanga and Vinyasa classes.
